JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – The Tennessee Department of Health Northeast Regional Office, in Johnson City, has earned the Commitment Award within the annual “Excellence in Tennessee” recognition program supplied by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE).
