Hailey Baldwin is stressing the significance of mental health per week after husband Justin Bieber requested for followers’ prayers, revealing he is been “struggling a lot.”

In an interview with People Tuesday, the 22-year-old mannequin stated self-care can take many varieties, together with “eating right, drinking a lot of water and working out.”

“It’s really good for your mentality,” Baldwin stated. “I think your mental health should be No. 1, and it falls to the side a lot.”

Baldwin is just not the one one to see the significance of self-care, because the dialogue surrounding mental health has progressively stepped into the highlight.

“I think there’s more attention on mental health these days, and I see why and I get why,” she stated. “I think you have to know what works for you.”

Her feedback come simply days after her new husband opened up about his recent struggles.

In an emotional Instagram post, Bieber, 25, shared that he’s in midst of the “most human season I’ve ever been in,” adding that he plans to face his challenges “head on.”

“Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys,” Bieber captioned a picture of himself praying with manager Scooter Braun and Kanye West. “Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird.”
