200 g Suluguni
200 g Edam cheese
2 egg whites
100 ml cream
200 g bitter cream
three tbsp flour
salt and pepper to style
2 cloves of garlic
1.Preheat the oven to 180 levels.
2. Grate cheese on a grater. Then separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with bitter cream, cream and flour. Add cheese, herbs, spices, salt and pepper, garlic and blend completely.
three. Whisk the whites to a froth and pour within the dough.
four. Lay out the shape with baking paper and pour the dough there. Bake pie for 45 minutes.
